After the wood is cut, the long piece of graphite and clay gets placed in the rivet, and another piece of wood is glued on top. The glue that holds the pieces of wood together is pressed together and allowed to dry overnight. | |||||

This shaping machine makes the rotundity profile in two steps ,first,its upper cut forms semicircles on top ,then its lower cut shapes semicircles on the bottom ,as soon as the bottom side is cut ,the pencils separate. | ![]() |

The newly formed pencils are now passed many times through small cups holding the lacquer polish until they have built up coat after coat of lacquer on the surface. |

Pattern can be printed on the pencil firmly with heat transfer printing film having printed pattern by a heat transfer printing machine.
If LOGO has only simple one color,it can be done by silk screen printing,pad printing or gold stamping and etc. |

Two ends of the pencil can be cut smoothly by a smooth cutting machine with standard length reached for the pencil. | |||||
